The White House said that Kamala Harris will hold a political event in Atlanta at 7 p.m. EDT (2300 GMT).

Significantly, Megan Thee Stallion will join Harris in Atlanta, Billboard and Rolling Stone reported.

Further, Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff said on MSNBC that Kamala Harris‘ entry into the race “has put Georgia in play” for Democrats.

FiveThirtyEight, the poll aggregation site, shows Republican Donald Trump leading Harris by between one and five percentage points in surveys.

These surveys were done after after Kamala Harris became the likely Democratic candidate.

He endorsed 59 year- old Kamala Harris for the November 5 vote against 78 year- old Trump.

A decision is expected by August 7.
